Anyone fish this reel? How does it fish?....impressions good or bad

As I recall this reel was developed in the U.K. with the help of a fisherman from Owen Sound, Ontario. The reel was a fairly long time in coming to market and although I've never personally fished with one, I think it was somewhat of a disappointment. Maybe someone else has more input.
