Brule River in November

I am retiring on November 5 and on 11.6 I will go to spend several days on the Brule. I have fished the Brule much earlier in the season and caught a few jacks on streamers higher in the water column. My reading says that when cold, the fish will be in deep pools and that rigging for that can use swivels with pencil weights and eggs. I have a 7 wt, 10 ft rod with both a 7 wt floating line and an 8 wt sinking line. What kind of rig is best in the first two weeks of November? Articles, web sites, or advice will be greatly appreciated.
