Bamboo Switch Rod

Long time since I have poasted anything on this board.

Any thoughts about a bamboo switch rod?

10' 6", two-handed, hollow built casting a 520 gr. scandi line.

SOunds like it would be a pretty burly rod

I think something that could throw 350-450 gr. would be pretty sweet. I'm trying to get an extra lower grip added to 10'3 7wt single hand bamboo right now by the builder...hopefully it works out..probably will use a 295gr. scandi head on it.
